ACCOMMODATION
Enjoy a weekend in November or December in one of our two beautiful farm houses in the countryside in Tuscany. You will have a nice and warm room, furnished with typical Tuscan country furniture, located on the Pisan hills and close to the Etruscan city of Volterra.
Breakfast will be served for you in the tiny restaurant of the farm house.
WINE TASTING
The owner will be at your disposal for a private visit to the wine cellars and the tasting of the excellent white and red wines produced there. You will discover interesting information about the art of wine making.
A local tour guide will be at your disposal for the visit to a olive mill, which is only 20 minutes driving from the farm house. Here you will see how the olives are turned into the precious olive oil thanks to traditional and modern machinery. After learning all the phases of this process, and the characteristic of a true extra virgin olive oil, you will have the pleasure to taste different kinds of olive oil produced in the local farms nearby.
Extra activities: Tuscan cooking class. Ask for an estimate.
